Hugging her son
As Bob stepped out of the black automobile and approached her front door, Doris was surprised and delighted. She called his name and ran to the door. She was in disbelief. Was it really him?
She hurled herself at Bob, embracing him and crying with relief as he entered. Bob gently pulled her away, and Doris saw him laughing through his tears. She laughed, relieved to have her child back home.
