Free Puppy
It was a lovely day out in Tucson, Arizona when a young man noticed a puppy on a shopping cart. The pup was wailing and whining and obviously distraught. At first, he was skeptical but thought that he had always wanted a pet of his own and this was such perfect timing.

He walked up to the shopping cart and there he found a small puppy with disheveled fur. It was shaking and its eyes were marked with fear. As soon as he tried to reach for the puppy, it would wail as if it was hurt and would back into a corner, shaking.
