ROGER WATERS – BONDS CAY, $16 MILLION

As we mentioned earlier, Pink Floyd member Roger Waters teamed up with Shakira and Alejandro Sanz to purchase a $16-million island in Bonds Cay. They also invested in the construction of luxury resorts on its 700acres large surface, but a hotel property was there already.

As mentioned, Roger Waters needs little introduction, especially to the fans of Pink Floyd and his solo work. Shakira is a famous singer, songwriter, and dancer, while Alejandro Sanz is a famous musician, composer, and also a singer. Alehandro and Shakira collaborated on a song titled La Tortura, in 2005.
